Southwest Community Health Center, Lombardi Clinic, Santa Rosa, CA
The scope of this project included new exam rooms, administrative offices, expanded mental health offices, lab, and Families First community outreach program expansion to the existing medical/dental clinic. The total clinic is approximately 20,500 square feet on one level. Services offered include general family practice, dental, and mental health.
This project was a design/build delivery, with a fixed budget based on a Federal grant. We maximized the available floor area and limited existing windows to create an open light-filled environment.
'"The challenge for our medical office project was to turn our building blocks of halls and offices into attactive and efficient space. FLEX provided an erray of options, working within our budget, so that we ended up with a distinctive use of color, wall detail and lighting that added up to a space we're proud to work in.....We're very happy with the job they perfomed for us"
Richard Duffin, COO SCHC, Santa Rosa, CA
